Amy Winehouse Plans A Secret Divorce

Singer Amy Winehouse is reportedly "seriously considering" putting an end to her marriage with Blake Fielder-Civil - she is in secret negotiations with her lawyers about divorcing husband.

Winehouse wed Fielder-Civil in a surprise ceremony in Miami, Florida in May 2007.

Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months behind bars earlier this year after being convicted of causing actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.

He was released from Highpoint Prison in Suffolk Wednesday, after he struck a deal with prosecutors for an early release.
