Gary Dourdan Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges

CSI star Mr.  Gary Dourdan pled guilty Wednesday to two charges of felony drug possession as part of a plea deal that will allow him to avoid jail time.

Dourdan was arrested in Palm Springs after police found him passed out in his car.

He was charged with being in possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy.

Had he been prosecuted and found guilty on the charges, he could have served up to three years and eight months behind bars.

Dourdan stars hit crime show CSI as crime scene investigator Warrick Brown.

His character was recently shot and killed during the eighth season finale.
